QDOBA Mexican Eats

Never disappointed with the speed of the line, always tastes great, friendly staff, usually pretty clean, nice for quick meals. I typically spend 10-20 minutes here.Now the only negative thing I have to say is. Some of the people who wrap your burrito aren't very skilled at doing it. So I either rewrap it myself or just try juggling the mess. Leaving me left with food covered hands. There isn't any other way to learn or become better at wrapping burritos. Other than using the customers burrito. So I don't have any good suggestions on practicing or improving. The employee's burrito wrapping skills.

I am very satisfied with my order taken by Cristal , customer service was GREAT! I am definitely coming back to this Qdoba in Mill Creek!!! She did a very good job.

I am greatly disappointed how I was treated cinco de mayo i purchased online delivery and complained to manager Caleb that Doordash never delivered my food and i tried calling them and they said the restaurant must call them as i paid the restaurant directly. The only thing Caleb suggested was for me to hurry before they close and purchase food again. Since my family had waited two hours and it was late and i had very little options i did come to the restaurant myself and reorder and repurchase the food. I spent twice the money and only received one order. I did not ask qdoba to be financially responsible for the lost food only for qdoba to talk to doordash about the two orders. Also i have proor doordash delivered to the wrong apartment as the apartment manager sent me email following day. I love qdoba food but because of Caleb cold response I will no longer go to that Mill Creek Location.
